A: If your present web hosting provider can no longer meet the requirements of your site, or when you go through constant network downtime, or if you are forced to wait for hours for the client service staff to reply to you, it may be a good idea to switch your web hosting provider, i.e. to transfer all the files for your web sites along with your databases from your present provider to your new provider. At Joomla CMS Hosting, we understand that this can be hard and time–consuming. This is why we will accomplish all that for you for free!Our expert technical team will migrate your site content from your present web hosting provider to us. Our technicians have got lots of experience with web site migration and are able to handle anything – from a conventional WordPress–powered weblog or Joomla^™ CMS–based web site, to an extremely complex, custom–made web application.

A: While we can’t give you an exact time interval, because there are lots of variables, among them the size of the web files and databases, the location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your website and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll do our best to move your web site within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (when the website content is not large).

A: We will need the login information for your old web hosting provider’s Control Panel as well as the site’s name (domain name).

A: While we migrate your website content, your hosting provider will not be aware of the transfer at all. We will not get in touch with them in any way.

A: We can migrate your website from any hosting provider or any Linux–based hosting platform given that we can access the Control Panel and there is FTP access available.The only web sites that we’re unable to transfer are those based on closed–source software applications like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
