The Hepsia Control Panel, that is provided with all of our cloud hosting packages, will help you forward any e-mail address inside the account to a second one easily. This can be done either during the creation of a new mailbox or whenever you want later on if you choose that you'll need this function. During the process, you will be able to decide if you want a duplicate of the messages to be maintained on the server. In this way, you will have a backup and you'll prevent the possibility to lose an email if the forwarding is to an external address, which is briefly unavailable. This option can be activated and deactivated whenever you want, but if you use email messages for crucial matters, it is best to use it, since no records of the emails will be kept on the server if the option is not active. In case you determine that you do not need forwarding any more, it will take just a mouse click to deactivate it.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Servers
For people with a semi-dedicated server through our company, you will need just a couple of clicks in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel to forward the e-mail addresses configured on our system to a third-party e-mail address.
